When will my order ship out?

Typically, you can expect your order to ship within 7 business days. Built Upper receivers may take up to 15 business days to ship out. Serialized items (firearms, lower receivers, etc.) may take 7-10 business days to ship out; please verify that Civil Defense Armory has a copy of the FFL from your dealer. During the holiday and peak seasons shipping times will vary due to the high order volume. We do work very hard to get your order out to you, and apologize if there is a delay with it. Let our Customer Service Department know at info@civildefensearmory.com if your order has passed the above ship time, and they will have your order sent to our Shipping Department to investigate the reason for the delay.

 

Can I swap an item from my order to a different item?
No, we are not able to edit an order after it has been placed. We can assist you in cancelling your original order, so you can order the item(s) you wanted, or you can place a separate order. To cancel your order, please contact info@civildefensearmory.com.

 

Can I add something to my order?
No, we are not able to edit an order after it has been placed. You can either place a separate order, or we can cancel your current order, so you can reorder the item(s) you want. To cancel your order, please use our contact form for the fastest response.

 

Can I combine my orders together?
No, we are not able to combine your orders.

 

Can I get the rail (barrel, flash suppressor, etc.) on my upper receiver switched out for a different one?
We can only sell Build Upper Receivers as they are listed. Upper Receivers cannot be altered from their product description. No customization is possible at this time.

 

How do I make my order an In-Store Pickup?
Civil Defense Armory currently does not have a storefront. Our Manufacture Locator does not accommodate in-store pickup. All item(s) must be shipped.

 

 

I forgot to give you my FFL information.
You can send in a copy of the FFL license to us by email at: info@civildefensearmory.com Please provide your order number in the subject line with a copy of your dealers FFL, so we know who is for.

 

 

How do I know if a firearm or magazine capacity is compliant in my state?
Every state has different laws and regulations on different firearms and magazine capacity. Before placing an order for a firearm or magazine, please contact your local FFL dealer to ensure that the firearm or magazine you would like to order is compliant in your state. For more information, please refer to our Shipping Restrictions page.

 

 

Can an FFL dealer hold a package at the FedEx hub?
Unfortunately, we have a flag on our FedEx account that will not allow us or an FFL dealer to hold a package at the FedEx hub.

 

What do I do with a firearm that is not functioning correctly?

Firearms are Mechanical items and can have issue do to mechanical or user error. 

If the firearm is manufactured by Civil Defense Armory, Please Contact us at info@civildefensearmory.com when contacting us please describe what issues you are having, and provide pictures to help us better assist you.

 

What if my order was not delivered to my FFL dealer and returned to Civil Defense Armory?
Please notify us by email info@civildefensearmory.com with you Order Number and/or Tracking number, that your package is being returned and how you would like us to proceed. You have 2 options:

1. We can reship your order to the original FFL dealer.
2. We can reship your order to a different FFL dealer.
