Sale Restrictions:
All firearms will be shipped to the premise address on the Dealer (FFL) license, unless the dealer emails and requests shipment to the mailing address. All licenses will be verified through FFL EZ Check and must match exactly to avoid delays and cancellation. It is the dealer's responsibility to ensure that Civil Defense Armory possesses an up-to-date copy of the FFL license.
For states marked "No Sales to the Entire State," even if ownership is legal and regardless of your profession or licenses, we do not ship to these locations under any circumstances. We WILL NOT Ship to states highlighted in red due to their anti-gun track record. If you reside in one of these states, we apologize, but your advocacy is not with us; it's with your state government representative. Stand up and let your voice be heard with your state's government representative.
