Returns Policy
To initiate a return, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns must consist of new, unopened items and be made within 5 working days of delivery to qualify for a full refund of the item, minus shipping fees. If the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item), we may cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds are typically processed within four weeks from the time you hand your package to the return shipper. This includes transit time for us to receive the return (5 to 10 business days), processing time once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time your bank takes to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). In many cases, you may receive your refund sooner.
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and provide details about the product you wish to return. We will promptly respond with an RMA number and instructions for returning items from your order.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to the following locations under any circumstances, even if it is legal to own or irrespective of your profession or licenses: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York City & State, District of Columbia, outside the Contiguous United States, and where prohibited by law.
Binary Triggers Sales Restrictions
Binary triggers are not shipped to the following states, regardless of profession or licenses: California, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Hawaii, Iowa, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington.
High-Capacity Magazine Sales Restrictions
High-capacity magazines are not shipped to the following states, regardless of profession or licenses: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii (on handguns only), Maryland, Massachusetts, District of Columbia, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, and Washington (state). We do not ship magazines to these states under any circumstances.
